    Editor’s Taste Rating

Good consistent mashed texture that is on the softer side. The taste is strongly dominated by the taste of liver, which is fine but there is some odd taste that accompanies it. The odd flavor is not meat like and makes it difficult on the palate. After swallowing down a mouthful, the odd flavor lingers and fuels the bad aftertaste.
