Review Summary:

This recipe offers excellent variety of poultry meats and egg white, which notably offers protein with all essential amino acids and Omega-3 fatty acid amongst other nutrients too. The other highlight is the minerals are “protienate” for easier body absorption. More variety of vegetables would be wishful thinking to help make it more complete, but it is still an overall very good recipe.

  • Multiple good meat sources
  • Chelated / Proteinate minerals for better body absorption
  • Editor’s Taste Rating

First the texture is very smooth and fine. There is a slight liver taste, and beyond that the overall taste is mild strength. It doesn’t taste bad, but it doesn’t taste really good either.

Duck broth is a tastier alternative to water.

Brown rice is good source of fiber and contains more nutrients than white rice. It does contain a high amount of carbohydrates.
